10. Cut and vein the peony leaves.
11. Airbrush and dust over the peony leaves with
edible dust.
12. Roll 5 small pieces of green gumpaste, shape
into teardrops and then press down to create
a narrow leaf shape. Dust with green dusting
colors.
13. Roll two pieces of green gumpaste into
sausages, pinch at different intervals with a
tweezer to create a bamboo effect.
14. Indent both ends with a small ball tool.
15. Airbrush and shade with edible green and
brown dusting colors.
16. Cut and sculpture a cake to an appropriate
shape.
17. Roll a piece of gray Satin Ice fondant and place
the iced cake in the centre.
18. Bring the sides of the fondant up like pleats to
cover the cake.
19. Gather the fondant at the top to resemble a
money bag and pinch it together near the top
to hold.
